When you install or use FlowTogether, we collect:

  • Workspace details: Team ID, team name, and enterprise information (if applicable)
  • Session data: When you book sessions, who you invite, session duration, and completion status
  • Huddle activity: Join and leave times during flow sessions

Automatically Collected

  • Installation and authentication tokens required for Slack integration
  • Session analytics (number of sessions, completion rates, common session times)
  • Basic usage patterns to improve the service

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Run flow sessions: Schedule sessions, send reminders, manage huddles, and track progress
  • Send notifications: Remind you 10 minutes before sessions, notify partners of invitations, and celebrate completed sessions
  • Improve FlowTogether: Understand usage patterns to make the app more helpful
  • Provide support: Respond to questions and troubleshoot issues

We don't sell your data. Ever.

We only share information when:

Workspace Admins

Workspace admins who install FlowTogether should ensure they have permission to share workspace member information with us for the service to function.

FlowTogether is not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We'll notify you via Slack or email if we make significant changes to this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
