Welcome to FlowTogether. By using our Slack app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use FlowTogether.

What FlowTogether Does

FlowTogether is a Slack application that helps teams overcome procrastination through accountability sessions. You schedule flow sessions with teammates, join huddles together, and get work done.

Using FlowTogether

Your Account

  • You need a valid Slack account to use FlowTogether
  • You're responsible for activity under your account
  • Your workspace admin installed FlowTogether for everyone

Basic Rules

Don't use FlowTogether to:

  • Break any laws
  • Harass or harm others
  • Interfere with the service or hack our systems
  • Violate Slack's terms of service

Your Sessions

  • Sessions you book are visible to invited partners
  • You're responsible for showing up to sessions you book
  • Be respectful during huddles with your partners

Free Service

FlowTogether is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future, but we'll give you plenty of notice.

Our Rights

What's Ours

The FlowTogether service, including all code, design, and content we create, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Service Changes

We may:

  • Update or modify FlowTogether at any time
  • Add, remove, or change features
  • Introduce usage limits if needed
  • Suspend or terminate the service

Termination

You Can Leave

Uninstall FlowTogether from your workspace anytime. Your data remains unless you request deletion (see Privacy Policy ).

We Can Remove Access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Abuse the service or other users
  • Use FlowTogether in ways that harm our systems or reputation

Disclaimers

No Warranties

FlowTogether is provided "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee:

  • The service will always be available
  • It will be error-free
  • It will meet all your needs

Limited Liability

We're not liable for:

  • Lost productivity or data
  • Missed sessions or meetings
  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues beyond our reasonable control

Legal Stuff

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy , constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding FlowTogether.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you via Slack or email. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
